9/1/25 Worst Customer Service Ever!! Hurstville store. Took my granddaughter, 4 years old to this store to buy her a pair of earrings. She was so excited!
Walking into the store, the Assistant Manager’s service was absolutely non-existent; doing her own thing and was not so welcoming, just because we bought a $25 earrings maybe that purchase might not meet her KPI. She wasn’t even paying attention to my granddaughter, re. asking what she likes, what she wants to see or talking to her. By the way there were no other customers in the store at the time we were there.
Although she is only 4 years old, one day she might return to buy a pair of $2500 earrings in the future. A little acknowledgment would have been appreciated.
She (Assistant Manager) has a bad attitude towards children and is not child friendly.
When I asked her her name, she then only started to acknowledge the child, helping her with the earrings and started talking to her. Just imagine the type of experience this child had, so excited, walking into a shop with her grandparents and then being treated like this?!
When we were about to leave, she offered my granddaughter a lollipop, what great gratitude, however, she was declined by a 4 year old customer.
* Upon reading this, and other reviews, seems like this company will be missing out on many future customers.
