Bowie definitely knew her products and it was wonderful to be able to chat about watches in such a laid back environment. I had told her that I was after a present and she was able to quickly deliver on it after only a short wait. Highly recommend this place if your looking for gifts for your significant other or just for yourself! Ask for Bowie =)))

We chose Gregory because we wanted the ring to match an eternity band we had previously purchased through them—and Sue understood our vision perfectly. Living overseas, we weren’t sure how the design process would work, but Sue made it seamless. She guided us through everything over FaceTime, patiently answering questions, offering expert advice, and sending photos and videos along the way so we could feel confident every step of the journey. Despite being on the other side of the world, we felt completely looked after. When we flew back to Australia to collect the ring and get married, the moment we saw it in person was absolutely magical. The craftsmanship was flawless, and it complemented the eternity band beautifully—exactly as we had envisioned. We are so grateful to Sue and the team at Gregory Jewellers for making such a meaningful part of our wedding experience so easy and memorable.
