Fit For 2 - Pregnancy and MumSafe Fitness and Education - NSW

Marlene Haddad Best thing I’ve ever done for myself! Anita is just amazing, helps you strengthen all your muscles and gain your health back whilst also working on pelvic floor! Was worried about joining as I had a 4 month old and was worried she wouldn’t let me exercise but Anita provides play gyms and toys and even holds them if they are fussed. Couldn’t recommend any higher has made me feel alive again and given me so much energy, strength and good health

CrossFit Craigieburn - NSW

Andy Sawa I’ve been at CrossFit Craigieburn here for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well the coaches adapt workouts to suit different fitness levels and injuries. They’re extremely knowledgeable and always make sure movements are safe but still challenging. Even with my injury, I’ve been able to keep training consistently without aggravating it — they always find smart modifications that still give me a great workout. The support, attention to form, and community atmosphere make it easy to stay motivated and confident. If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym that truly understands how to work around injuries while helping you build strength and fitness, this is the place to go.

You4ia Health - NSW

Olivia Villani Joining You4ia has been the best decision I have made for myself and my family. I am a full time teacher and Mum to two energetic boys. I recently turned 40 and noticed my strength and muscle tone was decreasing and the midsection was expanding even though I regularly ran and walked the dog daily. So with a friend’s recommendation I trialled You4ia and from day one I felt comfortable, supported and encouraged. The program is challenging yet adaptable and with small group sizes it feels like having your own PT. They can help with technique and ensure that you are lifting safely. Unlike the big gyms where I felt intimidated and unsure of what to do, the program at You4ia introduces you to strength training in a nurturing environment. The ever changing programs help with keeping it challenging and Noah and Matt know you and how to motivate you to reach your best. I leave every morning with so much confidence, energy and motivation to take on my day. And the best part is that I can be a role-model for my boys. They love hearing what I have achieved at You4ia and they are eager to join in the journey with me too.

Golds Gym - NSW

Justin michaels being from the states i love a good ol Golds Gym experience. seems a bit corny when i say this but there’s something about seeing the weights in “lbs” that gets me excited and this gym fulfilled that. the weight equipment was top of the line, and i will definitely be coming back. staff (jeff) was quite helpful and made my partner and I feel welcomed soon as we walked through the door. highly recommend checking out this place. also here’s a cheeky pic to highlight how great my experience was.
