5 /5 steprob11: Having had Anna and Evas fitness classes recommended to me by a friend, I have now been attending for over a year . Each week the activities are different and target specific goals. Individual attention ensures that exercises are carried out correctly and at the level appropriate for each person. While classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Anna send a 9 minute regime to follow in between and during school holidays, with up to date nutritional information and inspiring scientific data to help prevent falling by the wayside!
I am very grateful to have found these classes.. They are well timed, well managed, good value , invigorating and lots of fun. Both Anna and Eva are extremely knowledgeable and they genuinely care for the health, well being and progress of the attendees.Thanks to them I feel much better psychologically and physically.
