Do your self a big favour and join up to enjoy tremendous support and varied circuit style workouts that are different every day. Small classes at convenient times. Effective use of time with 30 min classes. It’s totally fun and enjoyable with my results are becoming noticeably visible. Loving seeing toned arms with definition at age 64. I’ve just cancelled my 20+ membership to FF as I’m getting more out of HIIT gym Northbridge. Big thanks to Mel and her team. Jen

I’ve been a member for a couple of years and have never had an issue pausing the membership for illness or travel, and find the owners very fair and open in their pricing.

5 /5 Chiara Sbrizzi: I love exercising at Hiit4LIFE Northbridge. Mel and the team are fantastic and the sessions change every day so you dont risk to get bored. I like the concept of 30min of intense workout which suits perfectly with my busy daily schedule. The booking app is easy to use and I like tracking my calories burning while exercising, via the heart monitor that youll be given when you join. Ive joined almost 4 months ago and Ive already noticed big improvement on my body strength and general health. The pressure headaches which have been bothered me for many many years have drastically decreased in frequency. For all the above, I highly recommend Hiit4LIFE Northbridge!

5 /5 Angus Mansfield: HiiT4LiFE was amazing for being able to squeeze intense workouts into a short amount of time. Its such a lovely community as well, and a really supportive gym environment. Id highly recommend it for anyone who is time poor, but still wants to have regular fitness sessions.

5 /5 Belinda Bourke: Fabulous community and great workout in a supportive environment., plus really easy to fit in with busy life. Highly recommend joining you won’t regret it. You can go easy or hard each class is different it gives a good mix of strength and cardio and the machines are easy on joints and muscles. Love it.

Caleb Warriner First time visiting powerhouse for me. The facility is massive and well presented. I was immediately greeted by Brooke, who made me feel welcomed and pointed out the equipment locations id be using for my workout today. Loved my experience here, I will definitely be back going forward. Even bought merch! Highly recommend.
