1 /5 Aiden V7777: Based on previous reviews this place must have been great not long ago. However, the new owners might need more time to get it back in shape. I’ve signed up, and attended 4 times. Once, I went during staff hours and no one was working, meaning I could not access the facilities, so I just had to leave. Another time, I went in the morning (unstaffed) relying on the 24/7 access - the door didn’t open, and once again, I had to leave. What’s worse, the phone numbers provided at the door are no longer connected, and when you call other Housed facilities they make it clear that Chatswood Hoops is very much still a work in progress. Great facilities, but I would give it some time before signing up.

5 /5 Isaiah Williams: Chatswood AUSA is by far the best AUSA facility there is. And the best option for anyone trying to play basketball as its 24/7 access accommodated all routines with shooting machines, pickup and spacious court. Plus a fully kitted gym. Staff nice too highly recommend.

5 /5 Rochelle Viljoen: I had no idea where to start, but the team at AUSA Facility made everything so easy. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming especially Anika, who was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help. The shooting machines are top-notch and super easy to use, and the courts are awesome, really well-maintained and a great space to train. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their game or just enjoy a great facility!

1 /5 jigar vikmani: I have joined Housed Chatswood 2 weeks ago and was offered a free pre-injury assessment with Uday Barooah. The first time I turned up on a Friday for my appointment (middle of work day), I was told Uday went home sick. No body bothered to call me to inform or offer reschedule. Never mind these things happen and I moved on to reschedule it for another day. I turn up for my rescheduled appointment and guess what, Uday is sick again!! and no communication saying the appointment is cancelled. I asked to talk to a manager and the lady at the front desk (with absolute zero care factor!!) “The number is on the website”. Not sure if this rant will reach anywhere or anyone cares at Housed but the place is run poorly
