I have group PT sessions with Liv Richardson & she is brilliant & I couldn’t recommend her enough! She has & continues to help me with my goals through her extensive knowledge in the gym and beyond! Sanjana I highly recommend Alice as a personal trainer!! Shes an incredibly supportive PT who has made me feel a lot more comfortable at the gym. Shes given me lots of useful tips on how to improve my technique and maximise each exercise, and always pushes me to do my best.

24K Transport Amazing gym with stunning views overlooking the golf course — easily one of the best training atmospheres around. The natural lighting is perfect, the equipment is top-notch, and the whole space just feels energising. Always a great place to smash a session. Highly recommend.
