Chris is both knowledgeable and hilarious, making training both smart and enjoyable, regardless of what you’re doing. It’s a warm and friendly environment where everyone is supportive of each other and no one gets left out, regardless of whether your training for a competition, rehabbing an injury, or are brand new to training.

Ive been here a few months now and as someone who is in industry as a coach, there arent many places who both have a community like Iron Tribe and coaching that helps you learn and get to the next level. Chris and the team have been great and have given me a fun start to my weightlifting journey. Additionally they have made it easy to fit training alongside everything else life has to throw at us. When visiting IronTribe for competitions, I was very impressed with the venue and loved the community feel from the gym members. 5 /5 Rebecca Umlauf: Never being into sport I wasn’t sure about joining a gym of any kind. Chris’s has created a place that makes everyone feel welcome, involved and challenged. There are people there reaching for high goals but my general fitness feels just as important to him. I highly recommend checking it out.
