Even before he offered to take on my business professionally, he offered to see what he could do for me with some preliminary research/enquiries. With a couple of searches, calls and an online form James was able to find a solution and ended up presenting the best loan option available along with cost benefit analysis on switching my loan. His level of in depth knowledge and professionalism helped us surf around our difficulties in obtaining a loan that suits us and get it all approved for us extremely quickly (within a week). He was always spot on, handling the last piece of information and analysing case by case without taking any situation lightly and was clear and transparent with everything we needed and even chased me if Id missed anything or forgot to send a form back.
