Rileys Gym Seven Hills - NSW

jade sergeant Wow..this gym is one of the BEST gym I have been too! The atmosphere is phenomenal, the staff and people are so incredible nice. Wether you’re a beginner or a pro this is the gym to be at ! When I first started coming I had no idea what I was doing but everyone is there to help! If you’re an anxious beginner, the women’s gym is a great place to start! They have up to date equipment and great lighting for those progress/flex pics ! the bathroom are always clean and have the best lighting ! I have recommended Riley’s gym to all my friends and family!

Fitstop Engadine - NSW

Angela Attard I have just recently joined Fitstop Engadine and love that this gym has a strong sense of community, with members and trainers supporting each other. The classes are a balanced mix of strength, conditioning, and endurance workouts which I love. There is also a great variety of session times making it ideal for me to fit in around work and family.

Chris Gym - NSW

Karen Graham Chris Gym is fantastic. I have never been a gym person, but I needed to improve my health, so I reluctantly joined about eight years ago - albeit with very low expectations of myself being consistent and being able to continue training long term. But that was where I was mistaken. Because this gym is different. It is unpretentious. The staff and trainers care about every person that comes there to train. When I started there, it was the first time that Ive ever felt comfortable at a gym, and comfortable in my own skin, without fear of being judged. The biggest compliment I can give is that, eight years on, Im still a member and Im still going to the gym several times a week. Ive trained on my own, Ive done personal training and Im currently participating in their 12-week challenge, The attention and care I have received has been wonderful. I have lost weight and improved my health immensely. I highly recommend Chris Gym.

BFT Preston - NSW

Charlotte White Ive been training at BFT Preston for over six months now and I can confidently say its the best gym Ive been to. The facilities are always clean, and the coaches genuinely care about your progress and fitness journey. Theres a fantastic sense of community here - everyone supports each other and pushes each other to reach their goals (no matter what stage of your fitness journey you are at). The best part is all you need to do is show up!! Ive tried a few other gyms, but I always find my way back to BFT Preston. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, friendly and motivating place to work out.
