5 /5 Rachel ODriscoll: This is the best activity we have enrolled our children in. Although it is very new to them they have not displayed their usual apprehension when trying something for the first time. Adam has made them feel really welcome and they love his teaching style. We can already see improvements in their self-confidence and they enjoy teaching us the techniques they have been learning in class. They love the activities and they look forward to their classes – most importantly they really enjoy it. The additional events offered outside of classes are really fun too. All the staff have been very helpful. A great experience all round!

Owner/instructor Adam… and his team , Alan and staff are beyond amazing with the kids and highly skilled… the adults classes are amazing, fun and challenging all at once, but the sense of completion and self satisfaction at the fitness programme, is so rewarding. Adams teaching style is focused on encouraging positive behaviours at the same time as having learning and having lots of fun. It is a great environment to learn about self defence and self care and we highly recommend giving it a try.

Even after the very first lesson they were able to teach me some great self defense moves. They learn so much and love going each week which says a lot. In addition, Adam and the team at Krav Maga Northern Beaches facilitate amazing informative educational sessions for parents and carers of children. They also look to the social aspect and host Ninja nights and other themed nights when the kids can have fun, have a pizza together and the parents get time for an all important date night :) Highly recommend Krav Maga Northern Beaches.
