Karen Almeida Absolutely loving being a member of Fitstop Drummoyne. The coaches are professional and have great energy, making the classes a lot of fun. I enjoy the variety of workouts each day and each week, which is perfectly scalable to all ages and abilities. Most of all, the community they’ve built in the short time they’ve been open is incredible. Having an opportunity to connect with locals during class and through social gatherings (while getting fitter and stronger!) has been a highlight.

He’s always made me feel very comfortable and supported during our sessions, and I always look forward to our training. If you’re ever looking for a trainer, I recommend Adam. His approach to training has always come from a no-nonsense approach and understands and accommodates your background in training and exercise. As a woman with PCOS, he went the extra mile to find out what would work best for me.
