We booked an appointment online and were warmly welcomed in-store. Although it was busy at the time, we were offered refreshments while we waited, and we enjoyed browsing their stunning collection in the meantime. Sanyam assisted us and was an absolute standout — friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We walked in unsure of what we were after, but thanks to Sanyam’s helpful insights and suggestions, we were able to confidently narrow down our options. He helped my friend custom design her dream ring, and I selected a few favourites for my own wishlist—plus found the perfect necklace to treat myself for my birthday. The personalised wishlist was such a thoughtful touch, making it easy for our partners to find exactly what we love when the time comes. I left feeling so happy and excited. 11/10 experience. I am someone who is extremely indecisive and didn’t really have a vision for what I wanted for my wedding and engagement rings. On both occasions I was served by the lovely Julie she was incredibly professional and patient with me. She made the entire process feel so seamless and exciting for me. I felt so confident with my purchases and am in absolute love with my rings. Highly highly recommend moi moi and Julie!

Mariana made the customisation process of my engagement ring an absolute breeze, so thank you for that.
