Elle made me feel comfortable from the beginning and confident in the process. She took the time to really listen to my ideas and vision for the ring, and then provided expert advice to refine the design. Her suggestions about the diamond cut, setting style, and metal choices were invaluable, and it was clear she truly cares about creating a piece that’s both beautiful and lasting. The end result is absolutely stunning and more beautiful than I imagined. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and Elle’s professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail is so obvious. I can’t recommend Elle enough. I’ll definitely be returning for my (many) jewellery needs!

I came to her with an idea of what design I wanted and Elle had some amazing ideas on how we could improve on it and made the process seamless. Its like the engagement ring has been completely revived and the matching wedding ring is perfect!
