Tyson provides excellent personal and small group training that’s tailored to your goals. His knowledge as a PT really shows - he explains techniques clearly and makes sure you’re progressing safely. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, with a great sense of community that makes training enjoyable and rewarding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for personalised training, expert coaching and a supportive environment.

5 /5 Jas L: Great PT and gym environment! I wanted to learn how to do handstands at the tender age of 30 and having a PT like Tyson has been great in working towards this goal. (Also been trying to work on my flexibility and I’ve come so far with Tyson’s help). Going to the gym can be intimidating, but the team and friends at Nashi Strength are so lovely, I actually look forward to going to the gym. Tyson fosters a great inclusive vibe and is always thinking of ways to improve the workouts and gym. Highly recommend if you want tailored programs where you can hit strength/flexibility/mobility goals and be around genuinely nice people.

The exercise program is fantastic, thoughtfully designed to move your body through its full range of motion and strengthen muscles you didnt even know existed. I really appreciate this holistic approach to movement. But what truly makes it special is the absolutely lovely community. Training with Tyson and the team is a pure joy; everyone is super welcoming, and theres always a lot of fun during sessions. So happy I discovered this gym!
