Kera Zaltsberg Peninsula Gymnastics has been an incredible experience for my daughter! From the very first class, she was welcomed with warmth, encouragement, and expert guidance. My daughter has blossomed since joining—her strength, coordination, and self-belief have grown in leaps and bounds (literally!). She comes home excited after every session, and I love seeing how proud she is of herself. The atmosphere is fun, safe, and inclusive, and its clear that Peninsula Gymnastics puts heart into everything they do. Were so grateful to be part of such a fantastic community. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child can thrive physically and emotionally.

(Here) Yoga Malvern - NSW

Cathy Herlihy Here Yoga in Malvern is unlike any other yoga studio I have been to. Not only are all of the teachers expertly trained and the space beautiful and calming, but the classes are deeply meditative and rejuvenating, often with the use of sound bowls. I am new to yoga but do not feel left behind or intimidated. Here Yoga cater for all levels. Plenty of parking nearby and modern facilities. The online booking system is easy to navigate too.

Tara Mckay Have really enjoyed attending PT sessions with Michelle over the past 3 years. She creates a friendly and safe environment and you feel comfortable and supported no matter the level of fitness you are. Michelle has also been accommodating to allow my young girls to attend and exercise with me :) I also highly recommend her remedial massages! She has helped me get back to running since having kids!
