Ashraf Eissa I love it. I honestly cannot describe how satisfied I am with their program. I have been going for over 2 months now. The session is 50min, I go early in the morning, finish my exercise quickly and feel great and energized the rest of the day. If I spent 2 hours at the gym, I will not get half of the exercise I get done in less than 50min. The program varies each time, always exciting and motivating. Each exercise is timed and you have a screen in front of you showing you the exercise. There are 3 coaches in every session, they are amazing, the fix your exercise technique and motivate you. It is much better than a personal training session. My fitness now is heaps better than before I joined BFT. I can see results in my everyday life, even when I am at the park with the kids, I am much fitter, quicker and do not feel tired like I use to be. They know it is good and give you 5 trial sessions. I suggest trying at least 4 sessions from different themes, no way you will not like it. Thank you BFT, I will stay with you forever.

Brandon Great gym. Had a visit during a trip away in Mornington. Great range of equipment. Love how the small space was utilised. Only thing missing was cold water from the tap. Otherwise a good experience.

Muay Thai Bodyfit - NSW

Rebecca Patel Couldn’t be happier with Dave’s Muay Thai classes. His technique and teaching are phenomenal, and he does a great job of making it fun to work hard, if that makes sense. The other members are friendly and helpful, and there’s always a playful, positive vibe. There are different class types throughout the week, ranging from fitness-focused, to technique-focused, to sparring. Dave is great at making sure everyone—from newcomers to advanced—gets the support and coaching they need. Pricing is fair and there’s a free trial. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality training with a fun crew!

Pilates Just For You Vermont - NSW

Angie Sabo Mary is a very experienced Pilates instructor who encourages everyone to do their best. She takes great care to accomodate all her students’ needs.Her sessions are always varied and interesting and provide a full body workout. I have been attending for several weeks and have benefited greatly from her sessions. Now I can keep up with my 5 year old grandchildren! Highly recommend her services !

Movement Culture Gym Altona North - NSW

Lana Woodhouse Great classes, lovely people and excellent coaching. Wish I found MC sooner!! I’m so impressed at the variety of each class, it keeps the interest high despite the reassuring familiarity of the stations format. The timetable is great - gives me so much flexibility to pick and choose sessions at times that suits a volatile work schedule. (I also appreciate that classes start and finish bang on time for this reason). Equipment and facilities are generous and always clean. Highly recommend!!!
