5 /5 Lukas Stone: Nathan is a one-in-a-million trainer and easily the best weve worked with. He took the time to truly understand both our goals (strength for my partner, cardio for me) and designed a workout program that fit around our chaotic schedule, even when it changed week-to-week, or when we had to travel.
One of the most impressive things about Nathan is his knowledge. He always knows how to tweak a movement on the fly, whether it was to work around my lower back issues or my partners wrist injury.
But above all, Nathan is just a genuinely great guy. He gets what it’s like to run a business, raise a family, and still want to look after your health without needing to go full gladiator-mode or give up all carbs. His approach is practical, sustainable, and kind.
We’re genuinely bummed we can’t train with him at the moment, but we hope to get back to it in the future. He’s the kind of trainer you want in your corner. If you are considering training with him and OHPT, do it! You wont regret it, and we cant recommend him highly enough.
