Jenny Kim As someone with a consistent weekly routine that includes tennis, HIIT, and Body Attack classes, I honestly didnāt expect a 30-minute infrared workout to make much of a difference, but it definitely has.
Even with my active fitness schedule, the classes still provides me with a quick high-impact work out, whilst interestingly relaxing and refreshing at the same time. I am genuinely addicted!
Highly recommend giving a trial class a go, you wont be disappointed.
