Rhiannon Green This place is incredible. As a busy Mum of young toddlers, its my little escape haven that allows me to recover effectively after footy or gym. Previously I could barely move after a footy game but a quick boots session and a cold/hot bath recovery turned me into a new person. The recovery boots room is also kid friendly which is a massive bonus when I had to bring the kids with me!

Courtney Renees passion for health and fitness is always evident in her training. Her attention to form, precision and holistic approach make training with her a very positive experience. Renee pushes you to achieve the most you can out of every workout.

Paul Crumpler Best Fitness First in the Shire. Place always clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and the classes are great.
