Daisy Werac Thanks to the team here – I had a gold ring resized (all good) and a pair of gold Euro balls (that I‘ve had for over 20 years) repaired but they snapped again, a few days after the repair and I lost the ball. They had warned me that the earring would be more fragile. When I went in to see what could be done - they gave me the full cost of the repair to put towards the purchase of another pair of earrings. Nicole Ng Went there today and found something nice for myself. There is a line to go in but it was not very obvious and a lot of customers walked in and didn’t know there was a line within the store. Maybe there should be a sign outside of the store directing people to line up at the start. The lady serving me was nice and understood what I was looking for. She even helped me tried the charms on another sales assistant’s bracelet. Sales was great but not a huge selection.

Aisha Ronquillo The owners were lovely and very accommodating! I didn’t have to wait long and they served me really well.
