Aimee Peel I have been a member of Berry Fitness for about 2 months now and I love it! I have been a member of a few gyms before, but Berry Fitness stands out. I feel extremely comfortable working out here and very supported by the staff. The range of classes is great too. It is a great environment and I always look forward to my next gym session here!

shine shine Paid AUD20 as walk in visitor for a day visit. The gym is big with 2 big compartment. One is all the strength training, the other side is mainly functional training and boxing ring. Owners are friendly and helpful. Although the equipment is old but they work - I always like gym like this - no frills and people are here to get a good work out and get off. Definitely recommend it.

Erin Oldenhof Love moving monkeys!! Not as overwhelming for my toddler as the bigger kindgyms in our area, and much more engaging, dynamic, and interactive than the GymbaROO we tried. The class size is not too big which means we get plenty of 1:1 with the teachers.

No workout is the same, you rock up to a session not knowing what your going to do, but the end result is always the same complete satisfaction that youve been challenged, worked hard and on your way to great results. You cant beat a workout outdoors, the open space & fresh air only add to the many benefits of KTL. I highly recommend KTL if your looking to kick-start your way to a healthier lifestyle and get your body moving!
