1 /5 JJatpl Sunday: I logged into the fitness club on the mobile app because my partner wasnt in Sydney and I was using my partners account. I showed the account to him and showing that can log in. I know it might not ok to use that, but the male staff member was quite rude. He yelled at me in front of everyone, while i was running on the track, which everyone heard, embarrassing me. Instead of calling me to talk in a private place, he is a western, about 50 years old, with long hair.
At least he should learn how to be service mind with every client not acting look very aggressive and rude like that
I misunderstood the rules regarding membership card use, but I believe it would be safer and more appropriate if I were asked to speak in a private area or to stop the equipment.
I understand that I used the wrong type and am happy to comply with all rules. However, please consider communicating with customers in a way that is appropriate, respectful, and considerate of their safety.
