5 /5 Jesse Thompson: I havent attended this gym, but I called with a pretty unusual request while trying to confirm something about a nearby business. Despite being busy, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly over the phone. Really appreciate the customer service, if this is how they treat someone who isnt even a member, I can only imagine how well they look after their actual clients!

2 /5 Esther Fernandes: I joined the gym last year but recently decided to quit as it wasnt working for me. The facilities are fine and they have pretty good personal trainers. Im peeved that when I joined up I was given 4 weeks free only to learn that when I quit I was charged for an extra 4 weeks even though Im on the flexi plan. Quite a clever promotion to make people think theyre getting a good offer.

4 /5 Aymaan Ghazi: good gym with good equipment especially for the area it takes up. only issue is that a couple of the machines have a pin or a rubber piece that have been knocked off or slightly damaged but other than that the gym is quite good with nice staff and generally nice community
