1 /5 Zac Ceissman: absolutely terrible customer service, the lady who served us is named Christine, she is so rude and disrespectful, me and my wife had taken in a bracelet that broke on us twice, and we explained how it happened(which btw it was not my wife’s fault) and when we said why it broke and all that, she laughed in my wife’s face and said it’s your fault, and made us out to feel like idiots, wouldn’t refund us or anything, sent the jewellery back to their manufacturers and i’ve just waited 2 weeks for a reply and the best they could do was give us the exact same bracelet for the third time, and when i explained that it’s not good enough, she blatantly told us i can’t do anything for you. I will never shop here ever again, because absolutely terrible person they have in that shop, she needs an attitude re adjustment.
