I came in looking for a wedding present and when I was unable to find what I was looking for Alice offered to have a pair of earrings custom made to my exact specifications. Even though we were on an extremely tight deadline she was meticulous in making sure the design was exactly how I envisioned and provided numerous options to ensure that it was within budget. The final product was beautiful and finished even earlier than promised. I highly recommend both the store and their services!

Alice made sure everything was correct and followed up with me a few times to reassure me the customised wedding ring can be done on time and it was exactly what I expected. we checked a few other shops , but price not as good as Reverie and cant be done before our wedding ( within 1 month) recommended !

1 /5 Hyeyoon Oh: Ive sent the tax invoice photos and my bank details through mobile on 1st of Oct to get my refund but you guys still no respond at all. As you can see, the purchase date is 17/12/2018 but how i cant receive the earrings so far. unbelievable! This is my first time that i leave a review in Google in my life. WORST EXPERIENCE in Reverie Jewellery.
