Justin Wang Great Gym! Ive been going for almost 6 months now and Ive really enjoyed the experience. I can notice my strength and overall health getting better after every workout. Its close to The Glen, has really nice and resourceful staff, excellent equipment quality, and is very cheap! Would definitely recommend for beginner and advanced lifters alike.

Matthew Yonan It’s a very enjoyable experience with a well-sized gym. All the equipment is high-quality and useful. The staff are friendly, and the gym is always clean. They have a wide variety of machines. I particularly like the treadmills, as they offer multiple levels and even have a fan to keep you cool while running or walking. The leg machines are great for focusing on your quads and other muscle groups. They also have a water refill station, and the toilets are always clean. The staff clean the gym almost every day, which helps maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Overall, I think if anyone is looking for a gym, Plus Fitness in Fairfield would be an excellent choice.
