1 /5 Fouad Majzoub: Have been asking to cancel my membership since the 4th of July and they still cannot find my membership in there system, provided the details they require and have followed up with 3 emails all of which have not been responded to. Can I please have my membership cancelled, if you do not wish to cancel it let me know by written response so I can contact fair trading and request a refund for unused services. Thanks
