With Adriano‘s support and guidance this is not all he has influenced in my life. Not only losing weight, my whole wellbeing has improved. My body shape has changed, my fitness has improved, my strength has increased, I am mentally feeling strong and my work and family life now has balance. I can have a beer or ice cream without feeling guilty and still lead a well balanced lifestyle. Rizz fitness has a great atmosphere and everyone is welcome, with no pretense or unrealistic goals. 5 /5 Emily Curtin: I came to Rizz fitness a little lost in my fitness journey. I didn’t really know what I wanted to get out of it, I just knew I just wanted to improve on exercise techniques and general health. Adriano has given guidance every step of the way and helped me achieve more than I ever thought I could. His honest and nonjudgmental approach is perfect no matter your fitness/health goals. The community of people and space itself is welcoming and awesome to be around in those early morning sessions :) Highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining in!!

5 /5 Matthew Jones: Rizz Fitness and the small group sessions with Adriano have been great for me. Ive found it to offer the right balance of dietary guidance, strength training to improve body image, weekly accountability and enjoyable sessions with a great bunch of guys, which has made exercise something I now look forward to rather than dread. I highly recommend giving it a go and making this positive change for yourself too.
