1 /5 Nila Abbasyan: I’m extremely disappointed with Shamayel Jewelry. I bought several pieces from them, including a chain and a pair of expensive earrings, believing they were real gold. However, the chain started to change color, which raised my suspicion. I had it checked — along with the earrings — and was shocked to find out they are 100% fake. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a shop that claims to sell genuine gold. I trusted them and spent good money, only to be deceived. I do not understand how they get away with this kind of fraud. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

1 /5 Diana Martinez: I had a very disappointing experience at Shamayel Jewellery. I took my wedding ring in to be resized and to have two diamonds added. Unfortunately, the ring was still too big after the resizing, and one of the diamonds fell out the very next day. When I called to explain, I was told I would have to pay extra to replace the missing diamond — simply because I didn’t have the tiny stone that had fallen out (which I couldn’t even locate). On top of that, they wanted to charge me again to resize the ring properly. I had already paid $300 for work that was not done properly in the first place. To make matters worse, I later took my ring to another jeweller who quoted me a significantly lower price to resize, clean, and add the diamonds — and with much better customer service. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend Shamayel Jewellery
