Kate Dowling Ive been attending Pilates Bodyworks in South Yarra for over five years now and couldnt recommend Karen and the team more highly. I first started seeing Karen when I moved to South Yarra and have since attended classes on various days/times with a number of different instructors too. Despite being in a class with up to three other people, I always feel as though Im getting a very tailored, individualised service. (Note: You can opt to attend individual classes too). Pilates helped me get in shape for my wedding, stay fit in the lead up to the birth of my first child, and get my core strength back after pregnancy. These classes are something I look forward to every week and are something I get a lot out of in terms of strength and fitness too!

Lloyd Smyth One of the bigger park runs in Melbourne and very well run by the team of local volunteers. Flattish course, with a couple of 180 degree turn arounds. First hard left across the bridge at the start can also be tricky if you’re up front. Watch out for the turn around hill in the 4th kilometre!

Mary Elmaoula KX Williamstown is an amazing studio! Where do I even start from. The every instructor I’ve had during the classes are fantastic. You’re guaranteed to walk out after a perfect 50 minute workout. I love how Pilates reformer has helped with my injuries (especially my Physio). KX Williamstown always ensure to help me with different exercises to meet my needs, while still keeping the same intensity. And finally, the KX Williamstown studio is so spacious and clean!

D Smith I have been to many gyms. This one is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. I did not want to be on a long term contract.. They gave me a non commitment contract where I can cancel at any time if need be. Love the Classes and the gym is sooo spacious . Highly reccommeded if you want to join a new gym.
