1 /5 Matheus Severo: I initially thought I was overcharged 4 days, it might have been 2 days. I was frustrated, because I did not get a prompt response after trying to reach them,and felt disrespected. I am a busy professional and have too many random calls in my phone, I never received a single email related to the issue. Because I was not overly polite over the phone when finally heard from the manager, I got ny membership cancelled. I am sure they record these calls, I was never offensive or disrespectful, I was just very frustrated. My membership was cancelled over and email sent midnight, which ruined my morning workout. Had them sent me an e-mail regarding the overcharging issue, such as the one they sent to cancel my membership promptly, there wouldnt be any distress. I did not have a good experience as a snap fitness member.
