Jenny Kim As someone with a consistent weekly routine that includes tennis, HIIT, and Body Attack classes, I honestly didn’t expect a 30-minute infrared workout to make much of a difference, but it definitely has. Even with my active fitness schedule, the classes still provides me with a quick high-impact work out, whilst interestingly relaxing and refreshing at the same time. I am genuinely addicted! Highly recommend giving a trial class a go, you wont be disappointed.

Amy Scott I have attended multiple classes of Pilates run by Joanna. Pre, during and after pregnancy. I have thoroughly enjoyed every class and feel like I get a workout tailored to me and my needs even when in a group setting. Joanna has an abundance of knowledge that she is happy to share so you get the most out of a class with her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Joanna to anyone looking at giving Pilates a go. Beginner through to pro shes your girl.

St Albans Leisure Centre - NSW
Alvin Lee Great pool facilities with a 50m indoor pool wetplay area warm training pool and hot water pool for exercise. Well maintained with lots of seating. Our fo to local pool. Oh dont forget the water slides too but at an additional fee. Gym facilities also available.
