While in the city, we dropped by and asked if our rings could be cleaned – without hesitation, we were warmly welcomed and they did it on the spot. The whole process has always been smooth, professional, and incredibly friendly. It’s rare to find such consistent service over so many years. Highly recommend!

sarahjay84 Very disappointed as product arrived and did not match picture/description of what I ordered. I have sent several follow up emails and have not had any response back. Waste of money and very upset as am not able to afford to re-purchase item that I wanted to celebrate the birth of my twins.

Rohin Kumar Really enjoyed working with Pranav through out the whole process of getting my engagement ring made. His attention to detail during every phase of getting the ring was solid - whether it be during the initial discussion, working back and forth during the design phase and then ultimately the creating the ring. He was always open to design changes which made him super easy to work with and the end product has been amazing. Will be going back to Pranav for all future diamond needs, including the wedding band!
