5 /5 Yuko Minami: The jewellery at this store is amazing. However, can you please tell my husband to stop buying me random gifts from here. He has been spending a lot of money on items that I do not need, and I am afraid that he has taken his shopping spree to an unhealthy level. I have tried talking to him about this since last year but he still wont listen. I think its cute that he enjoys shopping at Swarovski but now i really need him to stop. Therefore, if you could kindly advise him to stop buying me gifts, that would be great. His name is Kobi Suzuki. He is tall, Asian and has a moustache. He is one of your regular customers.

1 /5 Alex Lu: Went into Macquarie Swarovski today and it was a very horrible experience entering the shop. My girlfriend and I are looking for Christmas Gifts for our family, but there was no sort of greeting, no service presence no engagement. Four of your staff was talking amongst themselves. As an area manager myself of another retail brand I feel like you really need to monitor and look at who your roster on and what kind of training you’re providing for them.

1 /5 Vu Lucy (Duong): Terrible. This’s the third time I’ve been there. The first time, the store was busy so I could not feel much. But the second time I went to the store, 4 girls were standing chit-chatting in the corner, no one even looked at us or said hello. We were seeking help but they glanced at us and kept talking. The third time, only 1 girl in the shop, don’t even look at us, not even say a word. I remember that was a short-hair girl. Won’t come back again.
