5 /5 Sara Tompsett: Coming back from our first Covid lockdown in July 2020 I injured my ACL during my first game back of netball. As it turned out it was my MCL, ACL and meniscus that was damaged. I went straight to see a surgeon who recommended post surgery I see a combination of physiotherapist as well as an exercise physiologist, physio to work on my range of movement and EP to build up the strength around my knee to enable me to play again. I saw physio once a week and came to see the team at SPL (shout out to Courtney!) twice a week for around 3 months, then dropping down some sessions as I could do more at home. In June 2021 I was back playing netball! All of my sessions were tailored to the level I was at and my bad knee has now become my strong one. Highly recommend the experts at SPL if you are coming back from injury, or looking for injury prevention and want to do it in a relaxed, environment. I still train with the team once a week for injury prevention and it is the best part of my week!

With a variety of classes and personal training sessions available, the lab is well equipped with everything you need for a strong and powerful all round workout. Claire, Sophie, Andy and Brendan are well educated on how to best cater to what youre looking for in a workout. And subsequently, i continued with this up until 37 weeks pregnant, with the team finding new and safe ways to adapt my usual workouts around my pregnancy. Professional, clean and easily accessible environment.

Ryan Hughes I absolutely loved this place, you won’t find a better gym community to be a part of. Everyone knows and helps one another, and you’re looked after. This place has been amazing for my development and the comps and PRs here have been some of my best memories. Definitely worth a visit!

Soul Mosman - NSW

Natalie King I joined Soul Personal Training nearly 2 years ago because I wanted to learn how to strength train properly in my 50’s having never trained in a gym before. I could not have wished for a better PT (Danny) or a more welcoming, friendly and supportive environment from the other trainers at the gym and Shane (the owner). I love my PT sessions and the classes that are available and I now visit 4-5 times a week! I feel fully supported and motivated by the entire team at Soul even on days that are hard! 100% join Soul …. you won’t regret it!
