Cade Harris I went into Rebel last weekend to buy some shoes. A guy called Arki Assisted me with picking some new shoes as I couldn’t decide and was really helpful. Honestly a really good experience and loving the new shoes!

Love Fitness Henley - VIC

Eleanor Axson Not the poshest gym, but has everything you need for training. What I’ve loved most is the community. The classes are positive and fun — thanks to the trainers and the other participants. Offers variety of machines (strength and cardio) and free weights. Personal trainers are also based at the gym and teach the classes. The showers are clean and private. Excellent value for money.

Bayside Strength and Recovery - VIC

Lachlan Reaby I have been a member at Bayside Strength and Recovery for 3 months training with PT/owner Tim. My experience has been nothing short of amazing with a more personal touch compared to my experience at other private gyms which try to give that impression but end up falling short. During my sessions with Tim we have been able to work around my previous injuries, be provided correct information on nutrition/supplements without booking another professional and even receive assistance outside of booked sessions. I have been going going to Gyms for personal growth over last 10 years and this is the first one where I am actually seeing results. Thanks Tim!

Stand Up Fitness - VIC

Elias Khoury The gym is good but could be so much better, no staff is an issue and after hours members think training topless and spitting chewing gum on the floor is ok. Members have no respect for others no one wants to train and have someone elses sweat land on them or smell there body odor. Just keep your tops on your there to train not a modelling show. Also disability parking is for the disabled, members cant just park there cos there lazy to walk a little have some bloody respect. Boxing area could do with a touch up at least pump up the floor to ceiling bags.

Ladies That Lift - VIC

Melissa A When I joined LTL in January this year, I was stuck in a rut of not moving my body, not eating properly, not sleeping well and constantly feeling tired. My goals were to lose weight, get stronger, build my fitness and learn how to make better food choices. I have just finished my 12 week program; I exceeded my weight loss goal and feel so good. I am building strength through my weight training, my fitness has improved, my posture has improved, my sleep has improved and I am eating good nutritious food and enjoying it. I am so grateful to Deanna (my trainer) for encouraging me, pushing me and helping me to realise what I am capable of. The whole LTL team are an amazing group of women; they are experts at what they do, encouraging, supportive and will hold you accountable. They will help you set goals and keep you on track to achieving them. Raquel has built an incredible team who genuinely care about their clients. They dont just write you a program and tell you what to do and what to eat. They work with you to understand your goals and create a training and meal plan that is realistic for you. Joining LTL is one of the best things I have done for myself in a really long time. If you are thinking of getting a PT, LTL is the way to go - these ladies are next level amazing!
