Great workouts on the beach at dawn, great company and chats as we all sweated and puffed our way through. Erica Marquez The studio and equipment is clean and tidy. The instructors are friendly and approachable. They actually walk around the class to ensure everyones technique is correct. They encourage you to keep pushing but in a positive tone. I always walk out feeling sore but stronger. Absolutely love KX.
