The process from idea to actual ring has been so smooth and efficient and I was happily surprised by how personalised the experience was, despite the larger online presence. We booked an appointment and was able to come in the next day to try on rings and discuss the style I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or as if the team was just there wanting to make a sale. Eli truly wanted to help create the prefect ring for me. When I picked up the ring a few weeks later the team went above and beyond to make sure the new ring fit with my existing set and it was all coming together as expected, including some touch ups to my existing wedding band. Thanks for you expertise Carol and Matt! My first impressions were very positive. I initially called for an appt and shared several references that caught my interest. They promptly arranged to have the items shipped from Sydney to Perth for viewing—no obligation, no cost. This was a stark contrast to another company I had contacted, which wasn’t nearly as accommodating. Originally, I planned to shop around before making a decision, but the experience was so pleasant that I ended up purchasing on the spot. There was absolutely no pressure or sales push—just genuine customer service and quality products. The timeline from purchase to collection was around 5–6 weeks. I should mention that just before collection, I was informed that the ring made did not match the agreed specifications - I had requested a plain gold band, but a diamond band had been created. That said, Carol was a superstar and handled the issue swiftly and professionally. The ring was corrected within a few days, and since my timeline wasn’t affected, it didn’t impact my overall experience—but it’s worth noting.
