Simeon McGovern Super friendly staff, the gym equipment is all in really good condition and everything is super clean. The fees are really affordable and there is heaps of parking. I would definitely recommend getting a membership here.

F A This gym is excellent. Even though it’s a chain - there is a homely, family-gym feeling to it (there is even a cute dog). The staff are so kind and welcoming, there is a wide and thoughtful range of machines, and the location is great. I also want to give a shout out to Nicole the personal trainer, who’s knowledge of strength training and her attention to detail has given me one of the best workout plans of my life.

Carla Osses I’m glad to share my experience at Docklands Health. I went there to treat a back pain, and honestly, I felt much better after my first session with Umar Sikander. He gave me a plan with daily exercises and 2 more follow up appointments. I highly recommend him and the clinic for the professionalism and quality care.
