After 7 months of consistent attendance I can say joining The Gym was the best decision I made in 2020. I am fitter, stronger and happier. Exercise is no longer a have to - I look forward to it and despite having a long way to go with my health goals, I love every minute I spend at The Gym!
Missy makes it her mission to ensure her members thrive and Im continually impressed by the personalized approach provided to every single member, new or old. The emphasis on safety, technique and functional movement over aesthetics or quick fixes is embraced by all coaches and members. The coaches easily (and happily!) adapt each workout to suit individual needs ensuring everyone trains safely while still being challenged. Ive been supported and encouraged since Day 1 and this has made a huge difference to my motivation, determination and finding my confidence in the gym.
Highly recommend The Gym for anyone new to training right through to advanced lifters. Workouts are varied, interesting and challenging. Amazing community of like-minded people who are motivated, fun, friendly and passionate about movement and health.
Facilities are great - showers, super clean and COVID safe, always plenty of on street parking available. Excellent booking system, small class sizes.
