The ice bath and sauna leaves you feeling so refreshed and clear, and it gives you a calm energy that carries through the rest of the day. It’s such a good way to reset your mind and body, and we always leave feeling amazing. The staff are always so accommodating and have created such a special place. Highly recommend!
