Blake I had a brand new Gucci watch gifted to me for my birthday, But when I opened the box we noticed it had stopped working, I called up they told me to bring it down so they can look at it. The Staff allowed me to switch it out for a new watch, Which was amazing. I appreciate the fantastic service and the fact that I can now wear it and enjoy my new watch.. Thank you! Gen Marshall If I could give 10 stars I would. I was immediately greeted by the most warm Welsh lady. She was so lovely to talk to. I wasnt going to come in as I feel bad getting my rings cleaned at no charge but she immediately told me that I am welcome anytime. I was shown some stunning rings to try on, which were great prices. I had actually walked in not feeling in the best frame of mind but I left feeling really happy. A true assest to Westende. Thanks so much
