Arrived as notified, price was quite reasonable, The hand written note and packaging was a nice touch. Happy to support independent local business that offers a diverse and classic range in collectable jewellery to the bigger chain store franchises that dont. 1 /5 Lauren Gysberts: This is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your money buying through them. They do not pay for signature via the post, so my items were stolen from a mailbox in the CBD and they would not take any responsibility or provide a replacement or refund. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. You are better off throwing your money in a bin. They yelled at my partner on the phone, who was just trying to get a resolution. Absolutely disgusted in their service.

5 /5 Victor Hurley: Couldnt believe the amazing service this jewellery company provided, from a telephone enquiry to a delivery within 48 hours of absolutely beautiful, hand made, top quality pieces, the process of selecting and receiving my wife 50th birthday present was seamless. I would highly recommend Leoni&Vonk and a big thank you to Nicky Vonk taking the time over the phone to run through their products and helping me to select, she was extremely patient and really did help to select the perfect combination. Whats even more important my wife was absolutely delighted and I will be definitely buying again from them. thanks again Leoni&Vonk so good to have locally handmade quality products.
