Although it became crowded with lots of equipment within a year, the reason I love it is because of the friendly and welcoming staff who treat you exceptionally well. Moreover, they diligently maintain the gym, ensuring it is always clean and tidy.

Sculpt And Burn - NSW

Gary Wild I have been a member of sculpt and burn for 6 months now and have seen a massive improvement in my strength and posture. Darren’s processes of getting me to use the correct techniques and encouraging me to increase weight at the right times has led to my overall improvements. I have been progressing weekly and he continues to set goals and targets to keep up motivation. The circuit sessions the gym runs are a great addition to the weight lifting class. Even with a maximum number of people in the class there is still a personal feel to each session with Darren always on hand to answer questions or correct form.
