Lyndon Walker Competed in the APL state titles there today. I was very impressed by the staff and the facilities. If you are in the east and want to get strong, this is definitely the place to do it.

Fook Chee Tam Has variety of sports including Taekwondo. Very experienced and knowledgeable instructors and kids friendly environment as well as fir adults to train on Tuesday and Wednesday

Samantha Rudman Joined this peaceful studio for two weeks whilst visiting from Perth. Absolutely loved it, a highlight of the visit. The instructors were friendly, kind, and generous with their instruction. The studio is clean and spacious. Can’t wait to come back and train again! (Thanks especially to Laura and Tessa ❤️)
