1 /5 Nikoo Hosseini: We’ve been members of this gym for over 2 years, mainly attending yoga classes. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been very disappointing.
We were told we had to sign a new contract, and surprisingly, the new price was higher than what new members are paying. When we spoke with the manager, we were met with no flexibility or willingness to support loyal, long-term members.
After two years, we expected appreciation — maybe a discount or at least keeping our current rate. Instead, we were pushed into a more expensive plan, unlike other gyms which don’t force existing members to re-sign new contracts.
Additionally, the equipment is outdated, and it feels like the gym is only surviving off regulars who get little in return.
If I were the owner, I’d recommend changing the management and improving staff training, especially in customer care. A good gym should value its members, especially those who have supported it for years. Sadly, they didn’t care to resolve our concerns, and my husband and myself made the decision to cancel our membership.
