1 /5 Hamid Rad: We’ve been members of this gym for over 2 years, mainly for the yoga classes. Recently, we were forced to sign a new contract with higher prices than what new members are paying. We spoke to the manager, but they were not willing to help or offer us a better deal despite our long-term loyalty.
Other gyms don’t require renewing a new contract like this after years of membership. On top of that, the equipment is old and hasn’t been updated.
After more than 2 years, I expected to be rewarded for my loyalty, not offered a more expensive plan. Sadly, the staff and manager didn’t care to find a solution for me or my husband — so my wife and myself cancelled our membership.
If I were the owner, I would seriously consider changing the management and training the team to care more about customer satisfaction.
