Greg Munro Have been going to Bodyworks for last 2 years initially to work on lower back pain. Millie did a great job to alleviate my issue and the Pilates classes with Alice and Emma helped to build core strength to avoid further issues. Am back again now working to strengthen neck to alleviate neck pain and headaches. Mille and Kye are working wonders. The whole team are always friendly and welcoming. You feel like you are dropping into your second home when ever you visit.

Cycle Collective Indoor Cycling Studio - NSW

Nazan Yuksel Loving this awesome cycle studio for lots of reasons: friendly and fun vibe, convenient location, quality equipment and GREAT music at just the right tempo, its easy to turn up, ride strong and get fit fast! The 45 minute classes just whizz along and my stamina, strength and fitness have improved already in just 6 weeks! Encouraging stats after each class help track progress and instructors like Tim make for a very motivating experience. Highly recommended!

Physio on Patterson - NSW

Claudia Thomas I saw Ethan for some sports physio in the lead up to running a half marathon following some shin pain. He was amazing, took great care of me and consistently followed up to make sure I was on track with injury recovery to perform my best. Couldn’t recommend Physio on Patterson enough!

Victoria Chakkour I absolutely love training at Anytime Fitness Rowville! The gym is always spotless, the equipment is well maintained, and there’s such a positive, motivating vibe the moment you walk in. The staff are friendly and always make you feel welcome… they remember your name, and make you feel like part of the family! It’s the first time in a long time I’ve been consistent and LOVE going to the gym.
