I had no experience with jewellery before now, but Gavin did a great job bringing his expertise to guide us through the process, work out what we wanted and crafted an amazing ring and matching earrings for us. It turned out even better that I expected, and my partner was very happy with the result too! I definitely would recommend.

Was sent a quote a couple of days later, approved the quote and was able to collect my fully restored piece in a couple of weeks.
