1 /5 Bethany Harvey: I had the worst experience at Westpac Carlingford last time. The teller “Anita” did not understand what I was asking for. I asked to transfer but she did not do it in the right place and I had to call the agent to fix that and her attitude was just ridiculous!! Im not sure if she didn’t pay enough attention or she couldn’t understand English. But she didn’t even admit and apologize for her mistakes until I got mad. Honestly ridiculous
