5 /5 Nick T: Best gym on the coast by far. Nothing comes close to this gym. Huge floor space, plus all recovery rooms. Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Gym cafe is amazing with a full supp store to go with it. Shakes are dangerously good. Once you have one they are hard to resist.

What really sets this place apart is the incredible team, every staff member is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. The amazing crèche team, they’re absolute superstars. It’s such a relief knowing the kids are happy and well looked after while you train. The whole experience here is welcoming, professional, and full of positive energy. Couldn’t recommend World Gym Tuggerah more highly!

5 /5 Emma Frost: This gym consistently exceeds my expectations! The facilities are immaculate, the equipment is modern and meticulously maintained, and the environment is very welcoming. The staff are all lovely, greet me with a warm ‘good morning’, and remember my coffee order- legends! Special mention to Troy, the manager, who is always happy to answer my questions about training, recovery and diet to achieve my goals. Best Central Coast gym by far, highly recommend!

5 /5 Braydon Spencer: World Gym has top-quality equipment and an awesome recovery centre. The gear’s always in great condition, plenty of space to train, and the sauna and ice baths are perfect after a tough session. Great atmosphere and amazing staff, easily one of the best gym on the coast
